TOSTA TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TOSTA.

By creating an account or using TOSTA, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TOSTA is a productivity orchestration platform that enables users to interact with authorized third-party tools and services through voice and natural language commands.

TOSTA acts as an intermediary between users and connected services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 17 years old to use TOSTA.

If you use TOSTA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Activities occurring under your account

You must provide accurate account information.

5. AUTHORIZED ACCESS

You may connect third-party services to TOSTA only if you have authority to access those services.

You remain responsible for all actions initiated through connected accounts.

6. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content submitted through TOSTA.

You grant TOSTA a limited license to process content solely for the purpose of operating the service and executing requested actions.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Violate laws or regulations
• Access systems without authorization
• Distribute malware
• Interfere with service operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use TOSTA for fraudulent activities

8.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TOSTA depends on third-party providers.

Availability, functionality, and performance may be affected by those providers.

TOSTA is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

9. AI-GENERATED RESULTS

TOSTA uses artificial intelligence to interpret requests.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are violated
• The service is abused
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect users or the platform

Users may discontinue use at any time.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TOSTA is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOSTA and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to TOSTA during the preceding twelve months.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TOSTA, its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims arising from:

Your use of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of TOSTA after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
